There will be a series of Pre-conference Courses offered at a small extra charge.

Urodynamics Re-accreditation Course

Preceding the First Pelvic Floor Summit, the UKCS will host a Urodynamics Re-accreditation Course. This course is held as part of a programme to maintain standards in Urodynamics and is not suitable for those seeking initial accreditation.

The course will benefit those leading Urodynamic Services including technicians, nurses and clinicians who already have Certification in Urodynamics.

9.30 Welcome: Swati Jha, Sheffield
9.35- 10.15 Physics of UDS: Andrew Gammie, Bristol
10.15- 10.45 Language of UDS: Tom Gray (SST Sheffield)
10-45-11.00 Break
10.00-11.30 Equipment Set Up:Live demo on Machine Kal Perkins
11.30-12.00 Artefacts and reporting; Swati Jha, Sheffield
12.00-12.30 Case studies: Dudley Robinson, London

Attendees will be required to submit and discuss a patient case history as part of the course.
Duration: 3 hours.

No of places is limited to 35 and allocated on first come first served basis.

Fee: £35.00 if attending the First Pelvic Floor Summit.   £80.00 if just attending the course.

Course fee includes: Coffee and ‘snacks’ will be served (at 9.30am) prior to the meeting, at the mid-course break and a sandwich lunch will be provided at the completion of the course. Course materials and CPD Certificate.
